About this event

Pallant House Gallery in Chichester presents Barbara Hepworth and Greece, billed as the first exhibition dedicated to the sculptor's connection with Greece. At its centre is her 1954 journey through the country, traced through sculptures, paintings, drawings, prints and archive material, including extracts from her diary. Highlights include Curved Form (Delphi) from 1955, and Pierced Form (Santorin) from 1963, which is on public display for the first time. A catalogue by Simon Martin goes with the show. Hepworth is one of the best-known British sculptors of the twentieth century. Admission prices and opening hours are on the gallery's website.
