About Flint Owl Bakery

Flint Owl is an independent Sussex bakery with its own cafés, and its Lewes branch sits on the town's High Street. The bread is baked in small batches each morning at the bakery's base in nearby Glynde, using organic flour, sea salt and water, with no additives or improvers. The café is a relaxed spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the counter is stacked with sourdough loaves, cinnamon buns, pastries and cakes to eat in or take home. Coffee and tea are served all day. Flint Owl also runs cafés in Brighton and East Grinstead.
