Days Out Gardens
Pashley Manor Gardens
Country house gardens with a spring Tulip Festival near Ticehurst
About Pashley Manor Gardens
Pashley Manor Gardens surround a historic manor house at Ticehurst, a few miles east of Wadhurst in the High Weald, on the B2099 between the A21 and Ticehurst village. The gardens, café and gift shop open seasonally from 1 April to 30 September, generally Tuesday to Saturday plus bank holiday Mondays and special event days. The highlight of spring is the Tulip Festival, when the gardens open daily and more than 100 tulip varieties are on show; in 2026 it ran from 16 April to 1 May. A rose event usually follows in June. Groups can book visits in advance using the venue's group booking form. Dates, times and prices change from year to year, so check the website before travelling, and follow the brown tourist signs from the B2099 because the postcode takes sat navs further towards the village.
